Meredith Tracy is the owner and lead practitioner at Reno CranioSacral Therapy, bringing more than two decades of experience as a licensed physical therapist to her CranioSacral Therapy practice.

Throughout her career, Meredith has worked closely with individuals rehabilitate while helping them navigate through the healing process. Her extensive background in traditional rehabilitation has given her a deep understanding of the body’s biomechanics, nervous system function, and the interconnected nature of physical and emotional well-being.

Meredith completed her CranioSacral Therapy training through the renowned Upledger Institute, where she developed a profound appreciation for the gentle yet powerful nature of this work. What drew her most to CranioSacral Therapy was its ability to create meaningful change without force — using subtle techniques that support the body’s natural healing processes.

My Philosophy

My approach to CranioSacral Therapy is rooted in attentiveness and respect for the body’s innate wisdom. The body has a natural ability to heal itself. Sometimes it develops patterns shaped by stress, injury, or habit, and may simply need gentle guidance to return to a more balanced state.

Healing does not require force.

The body holds patterns of tension shaped by stress, injury, and experience. When given the right environment, those patterns can unwind naturally.

Craniosacral therapy creates that environment.

I believe that healing does not need to be aggressive to be effective, and that the body responds best when it feels safe, supported, and listened to.

At Reno Craniosacral Therapy, my goal is to blend my clinical expertise with a compassionate, personalized approach — creating a peaceful space where clients can relax, restore balance, and reconnect with their body’s innate ability to heal.
